The developer wants to construct some 900 apartments which will stretch over a 90,000-square meter surface. Nanette only acquired 31,000 square meters of the total plot of land needed to carry out the planned project.
The company expects 123 million euros in revenues following the sale of the apartments. This would be the third project developed in Bucharest and the fifth in Romania.
Nanette Real Estate Group added some 38 million euros to an investment fund focusing on real estate projects in Central and Eastern Europe. The money will be used for financing investments in Romania, Poland, Hungary and Croatia.
