Romania’s Minister of Economy and Finance, Varujan Vosganian, said the Competition Council has notified Brussels regarding the modification of the participation of state-owned Nuclearelectrica will have in this project.
The exact value of reactors 3 and 4 will be determined following a new feasibility study, to be paid by all seven companies involved in the project, based on owned participation, including CEZ (Czech Republic), Enel (Italy), Iberdrola (Spain), ArcelorMittal (Romania), Elctrabel (Belgium), and RWE (Germany).
