The companies are being sold by a Netherlands-registered company, Central Eastern European Real Estate Shareholdings, part of the Avrig 35 group, controlled by businessman Alexander Hergan, according to a NEPI release.
The two companies, General Investment and General Building Management, posted losses totaling some €700,000 last year, while assets amount to some €9.85 million. The 18 properties, which are in fact the object of the transaction, have a rentable area totaling some 47,380 square meters, of which more than 32,350 sqm have already been rented.
