Dragos Nicolaescu, who orchestrated the speedy reorganization of the business, says that the strategy, agreed upon with global representatives of the American company, is hoping for 20 percent of the turnover to come from financial and banking sector clients, a business that was previously inexistent for Ness, from the Ministry of Defense through a new security division, and an advance to take the company to the podium alongside the top two players.
Recent studies indicate that HP, IBM and Siveco are the top three companies, who reported turnover in 2007 twice as high as the €18.7 million posted by Ness Romania.
“Besides the market evolution, I focused specifically on the internal restructuring of the Ness business,” said Nicolaescu. The company now has 120 employees.
