Net Brinel has €2 mln budget for service company acquisition

The company has budgeted €2 million for this acquisition and the development of its specialists team. 

This year’s turnover is expected to amount to some €33 mln, about 32 percent higher year-on-year. The company’s initial estimate for 2008 turnover was €32 million, but was revised upwards due to excellent sales in Q1 2008. 

Company representatives declined to indicate the sales value for Q1. They said, however, that sales rose 37 percent compared to the same period in 2007. The largest share of the company’s business, 60 percent, is made up of the hardware segment, while software makes up 25 percent, and services the remaining 15 percent. 

“For the current quarter, we estimate over €10 million from sales and, by the end of the second quarter, we expect to reach 45 percent of our annual target, over €14 million,” the company’s Marketing Operations Manager, Rada Petrovan, said. 

Net Brinel’s main competitors are Totalsoft, Ager Solutions and Wizrom, on the services segment, while Complet Electro Serv, Flamingo International, ProCa, Romsoft, K Tech Electronics are competitors for hardware.
