Net Consulting makes 15% of Asseco SEE profit

According to Asseco estimates, published at the end of March by the Polish Press Agency, the South East Europe division, which includes Net Consulting, will post a net profit of €14.5 mln. The division will be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange this summer.

Net Consulting is estimating turnover worth €34 mln this year, 5 percent higher than in 2007. The company’s structure was changed after it was taken over by Asseco, and improved its reporting system. The most important business segments are systems integration, infrastructure, document management, and Microsoft business, which together make up some 70-80 percent of turnover. The financial segment yields 32 percent of turnover, with main clients Raiffeisen Bank and Banc Post.

According to company representatives, Net Consulting has a 6-7 percent profit margin.
