Rovere Exclusive Concept is developed in partnership with Rovere Mobili and requires an investment worth €55 million. Construction on the 48 apartments, of which 22 have already been sold, began this June and is to be completed in June 2009, Dina added.
The apartments are fully furnished by Rovere Mobili, with prices starting at €280,000, reaching €1.1 million, depending on the surface.
Dina said that EDH might also launch projects outside Bucharest, especially in the mountain areas.
Although the local real estate market has been affected by the global crisis, developers are preparing new projects, as the stock of new apartments is still low. Sales on the residential segment declined this year, but players in the field expect these to revive once clients regain trust in the market.
