New General Manager for Scandia Romana

Gaspar served since April 2008 as interim General Manager of the company, when former General Manager, Ioan Bozdog, and his deputy and son, Sorin Bozdog, stepped down.

Adrian Gaspar is one of the company’s shareholders and is acting as Scandia Romana Administrator.

The new company head, Robert Redeleanu, has broad experience in the consumer goods field, as he worked for Unilever in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus in the past three years.

The company’s major shareholder is Elga Comert, with a 75 percent package. Spot Industrial owns a further 15 percent, the Bozdog family owns five percent, and the remaining 5 percent belong to other individuals.
