New Vice President at UniCredit Tiriac Bank

Stanislav Georgiev has been appointed Vice President of UniCredit Tiriac Bank, 's fourth-largest lender, and is now in charge of the Financial Division and a member of the Board of Directors. His appointment is to be approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders and the National Bank of Romania (BNR). His predecessor, Marco Cravario, will occupy the same position in the Financial Division of Yapi Kredi, UniCredit's subsidiary in .
