The Western method of allocating shares at preferential prices for top manages has been adapted in Romania by giving a percentage of the share capital.
Only the General Manager receives a 1 percent bonus. There is no limit to what Romanian managers can actually earn, while foreign managers have certain restrictions imposed by company policy.
