“The government will approve the change for the construction of reactors 3 and 4 at Cernavoda on Wednesday,” added government sources.
If the government approves the new strategy, negotiations will resume with the six investors. Discussions will involve the new participation shares and changes to the investor agreement, and it is possible that investors not approve the changes. The sources added that there are no indications that some investors would back down.
