According to a report by consulting company Cushman & Wakefield & Stiles & Riabokobylko, prices for renting office spaces in Moscow exceeded those in Paris. They increased by an average 75 percent per year and 20 percent per month. The report shows that prices rose due to the significant reduction of new constructions.
While the rent for one square meter is €745 in Moscow, the price is €18-21 in Bucharest, with the highest value registered in the central area of the city (€25).
