Almost 25 percent of available jobs are in sales and trade, 10 percent in IT, and some five percent in engineering, according to data from recruitment companies forwarded to Business Standard.
Petronela Amelia Ciocan, Recruitment Manager of Trenkwalder Sobis, said that employers are most desperate to find sales engineers, sales managers, and financial controllers, key positions which can boost their business in times of crisis.
Job demand is currently five times higher than supply, and most applications are coming from the sales, real estate, and auto sectors.
“We are currently receivig some hundreds applications and have active jobs which over 1,000 candidates are applying for,” said Cristina Savuica, Managing Partner of the Lugera&Makler recruitment company.
