Market analysts say that this percentage is very low compared to other European states and that Romania is unable to narrow this gap even in 15-20 years without a coherent strategy.
“We need to have different thinking from those who make the projects. There is a budget that should cover more areas of the country,” according to a Board member of the construction employers union (ARACO), Alexandru Dobre, for Business Standard.
