The funds will be used to sustain the investment program of some €15 mln. Somaco shareholders must approve this transaction. Somaco is controlled by businessman Stefan Radulescu, who owns 53 percent of shares. It has six factories and expects a 15 percent rise in turnover, due to increasing demand and higher prices.
Oresa owns shares in four other Romanian companies, namely Flamingo International IT&C retailer, Bau Profil construction material producer, Fabryo Corporation paint producer, and the Kiwi Finance financing company.
