Pelican Com sold 50 percent of Atlantis Residence apartments

The project is located in Bucharest's eastern Pantelimon neighborhood. This is the first investment on the residential market made by Pelican Com in Romania and includes four 11-story blocks of flats, totaling 134 apartments. The average sale price is €1,550 per sqm, VAT not included. Atlantis Residence is set to be finalized in February 2009.
