Personnel leasing is on the brink of bankruptcy

If recruitment companies are unable to find them a new job, they must pay laid off employees their salary for 30 days, in addition to the notice period.

Cristina Savuica, Managing Partner of the Lugera&Makler Romania recruitment company, the second-largest firm on this market, said that a recruitment company has a monthly gross income of €20-40/employee, while the commission of recruiting companies in other countries in the European Union is ten times higher.
