Personnel leasing services are rather expensive, but do not include employee management services and salaries. The main benefit, however, is that companies can easily forego the employees they no longer need, without being forced to resort to layoffs or pay compensatory salaries.

“Increasingly more companies are lately interested in personnel leasing. Leasing workers for a certain period is a flexible service, although not inexpensive,” said Liviu Faur, Business Development Manager of HR consulting company Trenkwalder Sobis.

Cristina Pasat, General Manager of Professional recruiting company, agrees that increasingly more companies are leasing personnel. “We do not foresee a drop in the personnel for leasing. On the contrary, the end of the year and an increase in operations of some clients during the winter holidays make us foresee a slight rise in the number of personnel for leasing services,” Pasat added.
