“There will be a liquidity crisis, because loans are more expensive, which will affect investors, but the industry has begun to be productive and has become competitive compared to other European industries,” Tariceanu added. The Government’s strategy is focusing on two directions: developing the education and research system, where there have been significant allocations, in order to promote excellent education, and of a research and development system that will keep Romania at the international level,” the Prime Minister said. The second direction is to develop the transportation infrastructure, vital for economic development. “Health and agriculture are a further two important directions for Romania’s economy,” Tariceanu said.
