The company sold 75,000 of its 75,086 shares, at a price of RON 135/per share, with the package valued at €2.75 million.
"We put the shares up for sale as we want to balance the company’s assets, considering that the value of assets on the stock exchange is sufficiently high, compared to investments in other shares,” said Ionel Uleia, President and majority shareholder of Prime Transaction.
Uleia went on to say that he has held talks with two investors interested in taking over the package of shares, but did not provide further details..
Prime Transaction is controlled by Ionel Uleia, who owns 75 percent of the company’s shares, and Alin Brendea, with over 17 percent. At the beginning of the year, the company held 18th place among brokers on the stock exchange.
