Profit for Tornado in 2009

“We are not targeting volume, but efficiency, in order to increase profit. We plan to increase the ratio of products in the segment of network infrastructure and communications, stocking equipment, and security solutions,” John Cusa, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, told Business Standard.

The company plans to double its revenues from companies, which now make up for half of its turnover, and to move 90 percent of its product business for individuals to its online platform.

According to data available on the site of the Ministry of Finance, Tornado posted €93.9 million in net sales in 2007, and a net loss of €3.04 mln. “Tornado will register a significant leap in 2009, in terms of net sales, profitability, and service quality,” Cusa added.
