It has its own design studio, used to create items, and produce graphics and wrappings, according to the company’s Public Relations Officer, Ania Vladescu. Among the studio’s best-seller items are rubber keychains, that can be shaped any way the client wishes, and La Strada also provides other promotional items, from watches to backpacks. Major companies such as Vodafone, BRD Groupe Societe Generale, Automobile Dacia, Banca Comerciala Romana, Coca-Cola HBC Romania, and Cosmote are among the company’s clients.
With turnover exceeding €2.3 mln in 2006, Ranco Promotional Products S.R.L. is also one of the top companies on the market. Its Sales Manager, Adrian Holban, estimates an increase in business of up to €3.6 mln. Most popular products for personalization are textiles (T-shirts and caps) and writing instruments (pens and ball pens). The client portfolio of Ranco Promotional Products S.R.L. includes Petrom, Romania’s largest oil company, and BRD, a major lender on the local market. Average orders are for 5,000 pieces, in the case of T-shirts and caps, with some exceptions, such as a recent one for 15,000 caps. Ranco’s prices range between RON 5.2 (€1.52) for orders of less than 1,000 T-shirts to some RON 4.6 (€1.35) for an order of more than 5,000 pieces.
