Radisson recruits employees for cruise ships

“We are targeting people working on ships such as Princess and Royal Caribbean, people with international careers, because they already have a five-star attitude, and a knowledge base often acquired through American companies,” says Mihaela Forgaciu, Human Resources Manager of Radisson SAS. The company wants to hire 400 people by March. Some 10 percent of employees will come from the Philippines, Bali and other Asian countries. Interviews will be carried out videoconferencing.
