Teodorescu says she expects an increase of rates for euro credits in the second semester of 2008, even if Raiffeisen did not change the interest for mortgage credits this year.
The bank plans to distribute more and more mortgage credits through its specialized divisions. Teodorescu said the main advantage for clients that take a mortgage credit in specialized divisions is the personnel and the speedy credit approval. Raiffeisen plans to open five more mortgage division in by the end of 2008.
