Hotel oficials estimate an average occupancy ratio of 50-60 percent for this year and some €5 mln in turnover.
The Ramada brand is managed in Romania by Trend Hospitality, a company that also holds the franchise for brands in the Wyndham Hotels portfolio. Trend Hospitality currently operates the five-star Howard Johnson Grand Plaza.
