“Many real estate companies are willing to recruit good managers by paying the fee expect from former employees,” said the Managing Partner of Alexander Hughes Romania human resource company, Dana Patrichi.
She added that the real estate segment is continuously confronting a personnel crisis and companies are willing to invest a lot of money to attract employees needed for projects.
