Its general management, financial and human resources are divided into 3 media divisions: Quality, Business and Life Style.
The Quality division includes news TV stations Realitatea TV and Realitatea International, radio station Realitatea FM, satirical newspaper “Academia Catavencu,” Radio Guerilla and cultural magazine “Idei in Dialog.” The Business division includes financial TV station The Money Channel, financial newspaper Business Standard, financial magazines “Money Express” and “Investitii si Profit.” The Life Style division includes TV station Romantica TV, Radio Total, city guides 24 FUN, glossy magazine “Tabu,” shopping guide J’Adore, baby magazine “Superbebe,” fishing magazine “Aventuri la pescuit,” recipe magazine “Bucataria pentru toti” and psychology magazine “Psihologia azi.”
The managers of the new divisions will be Mihnea Vasiliu for Quality, Dragos Stanca for Business Media, and Sorin Vulpe for Life Style. There are two more strategic structures operating for the entire group: news agency NewsIn, managed by Cosmin Popa, and New Media, managed by Dragos Stanca.
Realitatea-Catavencu activities will be coordinated by a Board of Directors. The restructuring is due to end in October.
