“All recruitment businesses are impacted, as long as the time of massive recruitment is over and we are now in the era of massive layoffs,” said the General Manager of the AIMS Romania company, Mihaela Perianu. The AIMS Human Capital group, one of the top-five players on the local market, has revised its turnover and profit estimates downward, from the €7 million initial forecast.
Throughout this year, HR companies have been trying to adjust their service offers to the needs of enterprises which have been affected by the economic crisis by focusing on HR consultancy, managerial evaluation, and training rather than recruitment and headhunting.
