Remar Pascani's social capital up 66% to €7 mln

To raise the capital, the company will issue 4.15 million shares, at a nominal value of RON 2.50/per share, worth a total RON 10.37 mln (€2.83 mln). Shares will be offered free of charge to shareholders who own shares as of 2 June 2008, with each one receive 661.9 free shares for every 1,000 shares owned.

Shareholders appointed the SSIF Vienna Investment Trust SA brokerage house to assist Remar Pascani in its transfer to BVB.

Remar Pascani is owned by Grupul Feroviar Roman, which controls 88.83 percent of the capital. (NewsIn)
