“At present, residential and office villas in central and northern Bucharest can be rented for €2,000-€15,000. There are several very centrally located villas built from the period between the wars, with rents of up to €45,000,” said Valeria Tudor, Coordinator of the EuroMetropola Residential Department. She added that most requests to rent villas are for northern and very central areas in Bucharest.
“The arguments remain the same: easy access to any destination in Bucharest, proximity to public transportation and major interest institutions, banks, shopping centers, the airport, etc.,” Valeria Tudor added.
According to EuroMetropola’s Coordinator, many companies want a private courtyard and to be the only inhabitants to avoid any conflicts. Another preference is that the building not require any major investments.
