Moat was appointed CEO in 2004. He graduated from Cambridge University in 1973, and started his career at Lloyd’s financial group. He has been with Orange since 1992, and was appointed CEO of Orange Denmark in 2002.
In his four years with Orange Romania, Moat has managed to propulse the company into first place on the local mobile telephone market. Orange has also enjoyed a doubling of clients and turnover.
