The transaction, which according to market sources is worth €20 million, includes the integration of the Roche dedicated sales team, and the acquisition of several assets. According to market information, such integration will require the payment of an amount ten times higher than the annual profit which the distributor obtains from its contract with the a drug or medical system producer.
Top Diagnostics, with 79 employees, is the single distributor on the local market of Roche Diagnostics for lab and fast diagnosis systems. It also distributes the products of the Japanese Sysmex Corporation, the German Sarstedt, and Norway’s Dynal.
