Roland Berger: Most managers are pessimistic about the economic situation

“Almost 90 percent of managers interviewed foresee problems on the sales and orders segments, 83 percent of these believe that problems will be felt on the revenue segment, while 60 percent consider they will have financing difficulties,” said Codrut Pascu, Managing Partner of Roland Berger.

More than half of the managers (54 percent) said that the effects of the financial crisis will be felt on the local market for more than one year, while over 40 percent of these expect recession to last for upwards of two years, according to the quoted study.

The largest management consultancy consumers are the financial-banking sector, telecommunications, the energy sector, utilities, and the pharmaceutical industry.
