Romaero posts a profit in this year’s first nine months

However, business rose by an annual 26.7 percent in this year’s first nine months, to RON 56.38 mln (some €16 mln), according to a company statement sent to the over-the-counter Romanian Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation (RASDAQ) market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). Spending slid 26.7 percent, to RON 80 mln (some €22.8 mln).

Romaero has a capital of RON 15.6 mln (€4.1 mln), made up of 6.2 million shares with a nominal value of RON 2.5 (€0.65). The company’s shareholders include the Authority for State Assets Recovery (AVAS), the SIF Muntenia financial investment company, and Fondul Proprietatea, a fund established to compensate persons whose assets were confiscated by the communist regime.
