With a 20.7 percent salary growth, Estonia ranks fourth, while Lithuania ranks fifth, with a 20.5 percent increase in wages.
The lowest salary growth, of 1 percent, was registered in Luxembourg. In the European Union, wages rose an average 3.7 percent in Q4, 2007, while the growth was 2.9 percent in the euro-zone.
