Romania’s Beyler takes EUR 10m loan to finance residential project and refinance a credit

Some 8.48 million euros will cover 42 percent of the total sum needed for the development of a residential project in Galati. The rest of the borrowed money is needed for refinancing a loan previously granted by Romania’s Bancpost.

The EFG Private Bank Luxembourg loan will be guaranteed through a letter issued by Bancpost. Beyler guaranteed the loan taken from Bancpost through mortgages.

Beyler is one of the largest metal and interior doors producers in Romania. The company exports most of its products. Beyler posted 2006 revenues totaling 75 million lei and a net profit of 717,833 lei.
