Romania's government to sign a memorandum with Voestalpine

According to agreements between the Romanian authorities and the Austrian group, the current beltway around Constanta will be rerouted, as well as the railway that crosses part of the land.  The date for finalizing these projects in December 2010.

Voestalpine plans to build a 500 MW electrical power plant, as it could become one of 's top electricity consumers.
