Romania's industrial output went up by 4.6% y/y in June

The processing industry rose 4.1 percent in June against the same month last year, yet, it went down against May, when a 7.8 percent increase was reported. The largest increase in June was fueled by the electricity, thermal, gas and water industries which saw a 10.8% increase. The extractive industry went up 6.2 percent in June.

Industrial revenues climbed 7.8 percent in June against the same month last year. The advance in revenues in the industry sector in June is lower than the onereported in May, when revenues went up by 8.8 percent, INS showed.
