Romania’s lottery company pays some €161,000 in insurance for €53 mln worth of assets
State-owned lottery company, Loteria Romana SA, has insured its video-lottery terminals, satellite communication network (VSAT), and draw game terminals, for a total of €53.28 million, through Omniasig insurance company. The lottery pays €161,282 in premiums for these assets, according to a press release published by Loteria Romana.

The video-lottery terminals were insured for a value of €45.7 mln, and Loteria Romana is to pay €127,979 in insurance for these. For the draw game terminals, worth €1.34 mln, the insurance policy amounts to €5,891, while Loteria Romana SA will pay €27,412 to insure its €6.23 mln satellite equipment.
