The BET index reflecting the evolution of the ten best companies on BSE added 0.58 percent to 5,359.39 and the BET-C composite index assessing all listed shares minus financial companies advanced 0.34 percent to 3,074.16.
The BET-FI index of the five financial companies SIF plummeted 0.95 percent to 29,183.44, while the ROTX index for trading blue-chips in Vienna gained 0.64 percent to 10,669.68.
The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid companies lost 0.06 percent to 529.65 and the BET-NG index showing the evolution of the power market rose 1.26 percent to 724.05.
Shares of SIF Oltenia (SIF5) slipped 0.63 percent to 1.58 lei and those of SIF Moldova (SIF2) crashed 1.43 percent to 1.38 lei.
On the banking sector, BRD SocGen (BRD) sank 2.03 percent to 14.50 lei and Erste Bank (EBS) increased 2.17 percent to 113.20 lei. Banca Transilvania (TLV) grew 0.94 percent to 2.14 lei.
