Romania’s mutual funds see ten-month net assets going up 41%

Total net assets stood at 893 million lei (266.6 million euros) at the end of October this year, up 3.24 percent against September. Net assets saw a total of 965.2 million lei at the end of September.

The total number of persons who invested in mutual funds stood at 82,353, up 1.08 percent against the end of September. Active Dinamic, managed by Swiss Capital Asset, was the most profitable in the past 12 months, showing a return on investments of 38.4 percent.

It was followed by KD Maximus, managed by KD Investments Romania, with a 36.8 percent return on investment. Stabilo, managed by Pioneer Asset Management, was the most profitable amongst bond funds, with a return on investment of 8.5 percent.

The assets of both open and closed investment funds stood at 1.026 billion lei at the end of October. However, the value dipped 1.63 against September, when total assets stood at 1.043 billion lei.
