Romania’s Napochim in the red after posting 11.7% lower nine-month revenues

The company posted nine-month revenues totaling 10.1 million lei (3 million euros), down against the same period last year, when revenues stood at 11.45 million lei. Napochim’s six-month revenues stood at 6.5 million lei, down 5.34 percent against the same period last year.

The company has a share capital of 6.35 million lei (1.76 million euros), divided into 63.5 million shares. The face value of a share stands at 0.10 lei.

Napochim’s main shareholder is its employees association, which holds 51.11 percent of the shares. SSIF Broker Cluj holds another 10.12 percent share package.
