Romania to face heavy rain falls until Tuesday

Romania's Meteorology Administration (ANM) issued a code yellow warning warning against powerful wind and abundant rains in 20 counties and Bucharest from Sunday to Tuesday.

The counties to be at the weather's caprice are Caras Severin, Mehedinti, Gorj, Dolj, Valcea, Olt, Arges, Teleorman, Dambovita, Giurgiu, Ilfov, Prahova, Buzau, Ialomita, Calarasi, Constanta, Tulcea, Galati, Vrancea and Braila.

From November 18 to November 20 the temperatures will plunge below normal in South, East and Central Romania. The wind will blow at a 60 to 70-kilometer speed per hour. Heavy rains will fall in the country's southern half and snow in the mountains. The water quantities will exceed 20 liters per square meter.
