"A FMCG [Fast-Moving Consumer Goods] Sales Manager in Romania has a gross salary ranging from €3,600-5,800, while in Slovakia, the salary for such a position varies between €2,000-4,000, and the gross salary of a FMCG Sales Manager in the Czech Republic varies between €2,400-5,000," said Anca Raican, Business Unit Manager of Hill International. She added that a Sales Manager in Poland has a gross salary of €4,000-7,000.
According to Anca Raican, we are currently facing a personnel development pace higher than the development pace of companies. In order to hire, retain and motivate their employees, companies must respond to their salary demands. "There is no longer the same continuity of an employee in a single company as in the past. As such, if they are dissatisfied with the offer, they leave," explained Anca Raican.
