Romanian managers are willing to relocate to smaller towns
"Those choosing to relocate only decide to do this after reaching a superior professional and financial level. Relocation usually involves taking on additional responsibilities or a different professional exposure," said Bianca Moraru Demeter, Project Manager at Professional.

Another equally important reason for relocating to small towns is the financial bonus package, which includes both salary and benefits. To attract personnel to less economically developed regions, the offers made by companies must be competitive, and often include paid holidays, health and life insurance packages, home insurance, coverage of home maintenance costs, payment of educational fees for the education of children, and quality professional exposure.

"Packages must be attractive, especially when relocation involves moving the entire family to another area," added Bianca Moraru Demeter. She explained that the rapid development of certain industries has led to a lack of specialized human resources. One viable solution for covering this need is that of attracting specialists from other parts of the country, and in some cases, even from abroad.

Professional has registered a 43 percent increase in turnover in its local business in the first quarter of 2007. Its main competitors on the domestic recruitment market are Manpower, AIMS, Lugera&Makler, and Adecco.
