Romanian PVC producer Teraplast Bistrita will list 25% of its shares on the Bucharest Stock Exchange

The company turned over 70 million euros last year, rising 49 percent from the year before, according to the GM Emanoil Viciu.

The official voiced plans to invest more than 66 million euros over the following five years to expand the company's production capacity, vary its product portfolio and optimize activity.

The company is currently moving all its production units in one place in the outskirts of Bistrita, Northern Romania. The process is slated to complete at the end of 2008. The new location of the industrial park stretches over 20 hectares of land.

The Teraplast Group includes the Plastsistem and Politub companies. Teraplat has four main shareholders: the investment fund SIF Banat-Crisana, Marley Hungary, member of the Belgian group Aliaxis and two individuals.
