Romanian stocks rise, European stocks recover after three days of fall
The BET-C index assessing all listed shares minus investment funds went up 0.25 percent and the BET index tracking the market’s ten top performers increased 0.38 percent.

The BET-FI index measuring the five investment funds known as SIFs climbed 0.38 percent. SIF Moldova (SIF2) was among the most liquid shares after going up 0.33 percent, to 3.02 lei.

SIF Banat-Crisana (SIF1) rose 0.67 percent, to 3.02 lei. BRD SocGen (BRD), the country’s second largest bank by assets, saw shares increase 1.28 percent, to 23.8 lei. The shares of Banca Transilvania (TLV), Romania’s fifth lender by assets, rose 1.86 percent, to 0.820 lei.

Broker Cluj (BRK) shares upped 1.21 percent, to 2.5 lei. The shares of Petrom Bucuresti (SNP) lowered 1.82 percent, to 0.485 lei.
