Romcarbon to expand in Ukraine

The transaction’s value was €900,000, according to a report sent by Romcarbon to Bucharest Stock Exchange. Also, the company announced it sold participations in three companies, for some €800,000.

Romcarbon prepares to list three recycling companies in 2009. The company owns 20.16 percent of Green Fiber shares, 24.5 percent of Green Tech and 72 percent of Green Weee. Romcarbon plans to invest €14.6 million in 2008 to increase participations in the three companies and modernize production lines.
