The company also plans to invest around 50 million euros in the next three-four years to build a production unit in Bulgaria, make an acquisition in Serbia, secure several warehouses and boost current output.
Romstal aims to double the number of plants within four years. The company currently operates three production units in Bucharest. The company estimates a 35 percent increase in revenues this year solely from production, amounting to 100 million euros.
The company was founded in 1994. The group currently consists of Romstal, Valrom Industrie, Valplast Industrie, Belform Prod, Dezim Development, IOS Software Solutions, Central Service Instal, Autoklass Center and City Garden Distribution. The group is majority owned by Enrico Perini with 51 percent, the Italian company Framan with 40 percent and Ovidiu Henter with 9 percent.
