“The value of contracts signed in the first three quarters of the year amounted to €19 million, while the company’s turnover in the same period reached €17 million. We have already made 80 percent of turnover which Romsys made in the whole of last year,” according to a statement for Business Standard by Gunther Meyringer, General Manager of Romsys.
Meyringer added that most of the contracts involved implementation of SAP business management software, infrastructure projects, financial-banking sector projects and insurance.
Romsys, acquired at the end of last year by the Austrian New Frontier Holding, reported turnover in 2007 worth some €24 million, and a net profit of €4.1 million. “We are expecting turnover of €26-28 million in 2008, with profit likely to be the same as last year. We want to register 15-20 percent annual growth, so that by 2010-2012 our turnover reaches €60 million,” added Meyringer.
The advance is due to come from infrastructure projects and from software and advisory services, said Romsys’ General Manager.
